WHAT WE DID
The Major R. Owens Health & Wellness Community Center is a state-of-the-art community facility located in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. Led by BFC Partners, the project was officially called the Bedford Union Armory Redevelopment Project and aimed to transform the vacant armory into a mixed-use development that would include affordable housing, recreational facilities, and commercial space.
